Refund Policy is subjected to approval by iBuyXi's support team, To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be whether;
1) Damaged by the courier,
2) Has manufacturing defect,
3) Item(s) wasn't delivered.
Return Policy: Your item(s) should be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
1) Customers must pay the return shipping fee.
2) Customers must return their item(s) within 30 Day, after receiving their Item(s).
3) iBuyXi.com will accept to pay the return shipping fee for these reasons;
- Arrived damaged
- Didn't match description
- Expired item
- Received wrong item
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of item(s) cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s).
Not Eligible For The Return:
- Underwear, Lingeries, Shorts, Bra.
- Camping accessories, Emergency aid kits.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the purchases made by Gift Cards, However there are some exceptions such as manufacturing defect or not receiving the Item - Subjected to Approval. (Gift cards can NOT be redeemed as cash or any electronic payments)

1) Customers have to contact our support team with the same email address on the file, Your request must be sent to support@ibuyxi.com.
To protect our customers, our support team will verify customer's request with certain credentials.
2) If your return request is eligible and accepted by our support team, we’ll send you a return label with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Item(s) sent back to us without proceeding with the initial step, and without having our approval for the return, will not be considered as the return item and iBuyXi.com is not obligated to proceed with the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defected, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Process:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and will be notified by email.
