Before you order

Are your products in stock?

Product pages show live stock. If an item is low you'll see “Only a few left”, and sold-out items can't be added to the cart.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and arrive within 5–12 business days after dispatch. The estimate on each product page is calculated for today's order.

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-order items are charged at checkout and ship as soon as new stock arrives. The expected ship date is shown on the product page, and you can track progress in your Customer Portal.

Can I add a gift message?

Yes — open “Add a gift message or note” in your cart before checkout.

After you order

Where is my order?

Sign in to the Customer Portal with the email you used at checkout to see live status and tracking links. Guests can also use the link in the shipping confirmation email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order hasn't been packed yet we can usually update or cancel it.

My item arrived damaged or wrong — what now?

We're sorry! Send a request with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

What is the return window?

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition.

How do I start a return?

Sign in to your account, open the order and choose “Request return”. You can also send us a request with your order number.
